  1. In a large bowl, beat together butter, sugar, egg, and extracts until creamy.
  2. Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  5. Roll dough into finger-shaped cookies.
  6. Press an almond into one end to resemble a fingernail.
  7. Use a knife to make knuckle marks.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. Cool and decorate with red gel around the almond for a bloody effect.

2. Ghostly Meringues

Light, airy, and spooktacular, these Ghostly Meringues are the perfect addition to your Halloween dessert table.
